Made on New York dance floors
Tony Sinapi has spent decades working New York City dance floors, and SINAPI is the name he puts on all of it. He has shared booths with some of the most respected DJs in the business, and he has worked the other side of the night too, in nightlife and private event production. That is why his sets start with the people in the room.
Behind the decks, SINAPI refuses to stay in one lane. Records from different genres and different decades get stitched into one continuous run, each one picked in the moment for the crowd in front of him.
In the studio he chases the same feeling. His productions are underground and made for the floor, pulling in sounds from around the world while keeping a New York backbone of hard-hitting drums and deep, heavy bass. Selectaah on Savage Worldwide is the first chapter.
